App doesn’t work
Downloaded the app to find it not working, sometimes it loads the Home Screen, sometimes it loads searches but 90% of the time if you click on something or even try load the app it just doesn’t work. Swiftly deleted.

This app is always just spinning!! Can’t get on it , going to pay off my bill and delete.. it’s so annoying
Freemans rubbish
Account can not sign in not matter how many times delete the app also when signing in telling me to many times it’s a joke won’t use again
Use the web browser not the app
The App is always Having issues! when need to pay my bill or need to look at something in the accounts part it goes blank literally 9/10 times this goes wrong. it’s put me off using shopping apps
App doesn’t work properly
The app used to work so well for me but now it’s a total disaster. I have had so many difficulties logging in that I had to reregister my account and since then I’ve had repeated problems gaining access. I managed to order some items but now can’t get back into my account to keep a track of payments that I need to make. The only plus side is the customer services team are very responsive. But it’s a mare, I am not sure I’d recommend it until some important fixes are made.

Can’t access my account
I’ve been trying for 2 days to get access to my account. The app is down and just the spinning thing in the middle of the screen, and the website says website address is invalid! I’ve only been a freemans customer for 3 days! I have ordered items, can’t see any information on where they are, my main concern is how the hell am I going to pay for the items if I can’t get online! This will affect my credit rating 😡 I’ll not be ordering anything again and I will be taking it further.

Very annoying keeps crashing
Keep having to delete and download as it crashes
My account on the app
My account within the the app often doesn’t populate. Which annoys me a great deal when trying to look at my orders, returns or what I owe. The rest of the app appears to work fine, so I don’t understand why only this part is affected???
Fuming !
2 days cannot open app just spinning then saying ice tried too many times when uve not tried atall it’s doing it itself then it says log in to sister sites so tried them and same! Tried live chat it knocks me out after 2 hours 2 days as need to make returns I called told I’ll be called in 20 minutes hour and half ago they’re now closed ! Tried email won’t send ! Rep on phone said no issue to other people do I says why can’t you help instead of getting me a call back he said as there’s a problem !! So there is an issue call be we came ! No way to get help no way yi get through no way to sign in 🤷🏻♀️

App is mostly down
I haven’t been able to log on to my account now for months! The app and via online won’t load, so I’m unable to access my balance anywhere! Please fix this.
Disaster!
The financial side of this website, from refunding, account balance, to expensive contract they offer is a disaster. I literally got disappointed after talking and chatting to them about my balance as it was calculated wrong, ended up paying added wrongly £15 (£6 interest for two month and the rest lost in transaction purchase!) to just clear the balance and close any contact with them. The stuff is still very expensive and they work with Evri which is another disaster company for postal services. I never work with them and recommend no one to do so.

App not opening
Having problems with the app opening properly. It will not let me go to my bag to proceed with the purchase. Deleted and reinstalled the app and it now will not log into account (all log in details are correct).
Lazy Dev - Only works in portrait orientation!
Why do users have to suffer the inconvenience of being forced to use this app in portrait orientation?
Almost all other apps allow screen rotation as per what is comfortable for the user. This ruins the experience, and for what - a little extra work on the part of the dev. People with physical keyboards don’t even have the option to rotate their devices to portrait mode.
If this outcome was the result of the brief from Freemans to the dev then please communicate it back to the decision maker that they really ought to address it. It’s really not that hard to appease your user base and get a 5 star review!

Impossible
What to change your Freemans password? Forget about it! It’s mission impossible. Asked to reset password, got the email saying click the reset link, clicked on it, sent me back onto the app’s home page with no reset password option/button. Did it again and again… Same result! … Very frustrating

Where is the Equality?? Tailored to women mainly
I am a man, and freeman’s should know this from the account I have with them and the orders I have placed (all men’s clothing). However, I am constantly bombarded with emails and text messages about the amazing discounts and deals off women’s clothing ? I log into the app and the first thing I am shown is all the women’s clothing . I constantly have to change the filter to show men’s! Why not add a feature, a tick box, that is permanent and only shows products tailored to me, a man!
Overall the app is easy to use and to make payments, just needs work on their advertising and its audiences

Great easy to use but frustratingly annoying pop ups
Great app easy to use but pointless annoying pop ups showing how many times someone has viewed the item I’m looking at, by the time it’s gone I can’t be bothered to buy it
