Good app, terrible payment model
Was an early user of the app when there weren’t any subscriptions or ads, when I registered I was told that I would have access to use all app features for free perpetually.
This is apparently no longer the case as now they want to charge money just to make new notebooks. I don’t mind more ads or not having premium ai or stationery features but not being able to make new notes for free is just stupid.

It’s convenient to use this app
Playing video ads is absurd
I understand locking some features behind a paywall. I understand maybe static ads when not taking notes. What I don’t understand are VIDEO ads when closing a note or opening one up. It’s ridiculous, intrusive, and disgusting.
Amazing!
I was looking for a note taking app that wouldn’t break the bank and this totally delivered! I wish I would’ve known about this in my college days but it comes in handy with keeping track of our home renovations! I’d seriously be lost without it!
Good, could improve
Sometimes when I write with my iPAD pencil, it will erase what I wrote, and I don’t know why. It happens when I write the letters touching each other.
Does a great job for hand written notes
Being an engineer and a pencil and paper note taker for decades, this was a great way to switch off a paper and onto something that’s easier frankly to access when I need it. I highly recommend the program as the cost is minimal with the upgrades that I’ve chosen and the work it does is fantastic. I even store some notebooks in PDF form on my computer and eliminate them from the cloud.

A great app
I bought it’s premium version and I’m enjoying it. I would suggest medical students to use it and if they like the free version then they should get the premium edition too.

Best App for College
I study often for cert in IT. Currently studying for my CCNA cert and this app helps a lot to organize and understand the information.
I depend on this app for my academic career
I love Freenotes with all my heart and thinks its amazing and for being free a no brainer if you’re considering in a note taking app. With not restrictions on how many note books you can create, very customizable and intuitive and being free, it would be dumb to spend 10 dollars a month when this app exists.

Man.. how sad it is when the name is “freenotes” but nothing free about it.. They now have added crazy amounts of ads. So there downfall begins now. Just sad they had a people downloading it since it was “free” now it’s a joke. Sometimes money causes people to do crazy stuff and this is one perfect example. I had promoted them also 2 yrs ago but won’t be anymore.
