Better quality then regular posters

Love the app it’s not super expensive, orders and delivery get completed fast, you can choose any picture, and is better quality than regular posters. I’ve now bought 2 outlast trials posters and they’re gorgeous. I’d put pics if I could. I have my second coming soon :)

Invite Code Does Not Work

Free Prints gave me an invite code to enter when I was checking out. I entered it more than 3 times and still does not work. I asked their ai chat and all it told me was to try again. Very disappointed as a first time customer. They also said that there would be free orders but I still had to pay for shipping. Such a scam

Response from developer

We're sorry for any confusion regarding our promotions and appreciate your review. Please note that invite codes are meant to be sent to friends or family, to redeem special first time offers through an invite to use the app from the user with the code. For your first order, you will receive 10 4x6 prints, completely free of charge - no promotion code is needed for this offer, as it's automatically applied to your first order placed. Additional prints or services will result in a fee for this first order. After your first order, there will be a fee for shipping on your monthly free prints. We're happy to further clarify this as well as help with any other questions if you'd like to email us at support-CA@freeprintsapp.com directly. Thank you.

Response from developer

We’re very sorry your 15 prints were lost in transit. We understand how frustrating and disappointing this is, especially when you haven’t received your prints or a refund. Please email Freeprints-CA@freeprintsapp.com with your order details. We’ll forward your feedback to our team and see how we can help make this right. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

Good, cheap prints!

I have loved using this app for all my printing needs! Shipping does take a long time, so be sure to order ahead!
