Had to try lots of trouble with one of the photos took 15 minutes to upload it. Nearly gave up.

Father’s Day things missing ! No refund
Ordered a Father’s Day card and something else and still it’s not arrived I orders it a week before Father’s Day! Annoyed isn’t the word. The other thing I ordered has came so I don’t know why the other 2 hasn’t! Then I gets in touch with them and now have to wait another week and if it hasn’t shown up they will send again! Father’s Day has been and gone what on earth would I want I now for. Rubbish service

The Father’s Day card I received was not in an envelope. it was delivered like that and thankfully I was home to see it, imagine if my husband was to get it before me what’s now the point of the surprise? It’s a very poor service

Ordered a card on the 16th of may was supposed to come on the 21st of may and it’s been a week and still has not shown apparently will come on the 30th of may and mail and delivery have came this morning and I haven’t seen my order don’t think I will order again of here

my first order came without packaging and came bent and the images started to peel i had contacted customer service and they sorted a replacement and i requested packaging yet came bent again and images ruined and no packaging like requested

Great quality product, incredible easy to use and unbelievable value. Will use more often!
Disappointed
I ordered a card and customised it using my own photo, however i was quite disturbed that it showed up through the postage just like that. I mean no other cover, wrapping or envelope. I find that quite negligent because this post card, essentially, was passed down through so many, and frankly it's unacceptable that private personal images with family right on the front, and home address on the back can be seen by anybody. I think there should be at least some sort of minor pancaking or at least an envelope for minimum privacy matters.
