Cards are not getting here in time
Very nice cards, but they don’t get here in time. I’ve been ordering in advance and it’s taking them about 2 weeks to come. The amount of birthdays or events in the family and I haven’t had a card to give because it hasn’t been here in time. Quite disappointing.

Very easy to order photos etc, always a lot of choices to make a card or gift special, orders comes quickly, I have used free prints for a few years now and never had any issues
Never arrived
I’ve ordered cards for my mum/sisters tried again and they never came waste of time and money. Not going to use this company again switched to moonpig which is better and more reliable (the card actually comes) I’d rather pay more than just be messed around.

Had to try lots of trouble with one of the photos took 15 minutes to upload it. Nearly gave up.

Father’s Day things missing ! No refund
Ordered a Father’s Day card and something else and still it’s not arrived I orders it a week before Father’s Day! Annoyed isn’t the word. The other thing I ordered has came so I don’t know why the other 2 hasn’t! Then I gets in touch with them and now have to wait another week and if it hasn’t shown up they will send again! Father’s Day has been and gone what on earth would I want I now for. Rubbish service

The Father’s Day card I received was not in an envelope. it was delivered like that and thankfully I was home to see it, imagine if my husband was to get it before me what’s now the point of the surprise? It’s a very poor service

Ordered a card on the 16th of may was supposed to come on the 21st of may and it’s been a week and still has not shown apparently will come on the 30th of may and mail and delivery have came this morning and I haven’t seen my order don’t think I will order again of here
