Book never arrived
Can’t speak to a “human” only ever contact with AI bot. Ordered 2 books and paid £50 and one book never arrived and each time I try to contact them via the AI chat I have to start the whole process again. Huge concern over the fact my photos are lost . To be fair , previous books I’ve ordered have been good quality .

The whole process was smooth, and I really appreciate the care and effort put into making it. It’s such a special keepsake for us, and I’ll definitely order again in the future. Added a front page title to my memories book but nothing there on delivery, not the first time it’s happened, disappointed
Very bad customer service
Long story short, don’t buy from this company unless you want to wait weeks and weeks and weeks for your photobook to arrive with no help from customer service since they repeat everything over and over again and not bother helping you.
Never getting anything from this company again.

I recently purchased a free hardback to book 6 x 6 and was delighted with it However on ordering in it to get another book the next month using my free offer it appeared to hike to nearly £18 as I had spent so long on it I felt that it was a waste of my time to abort it
Disappointed as I wanted to make i in a number of purchases for volunteers who had done a Hospice garden at the Southport Flowershow and one a large gold medal
I cannot to type these prices for 10 of them

Very useful for zines
Although confined by standard software (don’t try making pdf pages and inserting them) which can be limiting this is an excellent offer producing nice vivid colours on the standard paper.

it's completely useless yes the book is great to have but you get no updates on shipping or anything, you dont get any updates if its delayed like how mine is.

These books are just great and the prices too. Has been great to off load many 100's of photos from my mobile phone into books, and the quality of the books are superb.

Love this app! It’s so easy to use, and every month you get a free photo book and prints. So even if you order extra photos, it doesn’t work out too expensive.
Fustrating and a waste of time
The books do not save so unless you have ages to make a book and purchase it there and then, it’s not worth it. I made a book yesterday as it was unfinished so when I went back to amend later in the evening the book has gone. Blaming myself for not saving I remade it and saved it. Going into the app this morning the book has disappeared again. Very fustrating and a waste of my time - the app is not clear!
