frustrating !
I have made many books on this app and every single one has given me a headache. It is not the easiest app to use.

I make at least two Photobooks a year for my family. This app is user friendly and I enjoy making the books.

Easy, Affordable & Great Quality
Love this app! It’s so easy to use, and every month you get a free photo book and prints. So even if you order extra photos, it doesn’t work out too expensive.
Fustrating and a waste of time
The books do not save so unless you have ages to make a book and purchase it there and then, it’s not worth it. I made a book yesterday as it was unfinished so when I went back to amend later in the evening the book has gone. Blaming myself for not saving I remade it and saved it. Going into the app this morning the book has disappeared again. Very fustrating and a waste of my time - the app is not clear!

Great photos every time love this

Absolutely blown away with the quality of the book that was comprised of my daughter’s graduation photos. The book looks amazing on her shelf next to her degree certificate. As a keepsake this will last for years and she can look back on the happy memories whenever she wants

I paid for express delivery and it has been passed its due date and have been told its delayed. Why charge people for express delivery then say theres nothing they can do.
Memory photo book
I would love to give an honest review of this product but it HASN’T arrived. I purchased it for my terminally ill wife for her birthday on 25th July. I paid for the upgrade on postage for it arrive on 23/24 July. Guess what it’s the 26 th July and still not arrived. It’s obviously too late now, in more ways than one, so I think at the very least I should be refunded my extra postage cost or even the full cost of the order. I am very disappointed!!!!!

Poor service again
Paid £27 for a free photo book that said it would be dispatched by the 23rd or 24th July . I messaged today as it hasn’t arrived and it hasn’t even been printed yet . That’s really poor service. Don’t take the money if you cannot fulfill the order .

I’ve used free prints Photobooks over a number of years now and I’ve never been disappointed. Used it for baby photos, Foster children’s memory books, holidays and now my dad‘s 90th.
