I really like my pictures they were very tidy and neat. Sadly I can’t pay by card so I only get 10 every month but I wish I could get more for me and my family but accept that it’s a very nice business and thank you so much

i absolutely adore this app so much, ive ordered over 50 prints in the last couple weeks!! such good quality. i only pay for shipping and that is usually a few quid at most! although you do pay extra for different sized prints but that is not a necessity in the slightest. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Failed at the one thing it’s supposed to do!!!
I used FreePrints to send photos to family. My latest order was processed on 24 August and handed over to Royal Mail on 25 August. By 6 September, 12 days later, they still hadn’t arrived.
Customer service have agreed to reprint them, but the more worrying thing is that I’ve sent several orders through FreePrints and I now don’t even know whether the other orders have actually arrived either.
Ultimately, the service has failed at the one thing it exists to do: print photos and get them to the recipient.
The app is easy to use and the prices look attractive, but that means very little if you can’t rely on the photos actually being delivered.

Well I’ve ordered a few prints to see what they are like there was an option to get a free standee but you click the link and it always shows an error.

A bit hit and miss
Whilst I think this is great with the offers of free prints, you do end up buying other items. Yet the delivery time is pretty poor. I ordered some items on 25th August, expected delivery date was 1st September (stated by them) it’s now 5th September and still nothing here, now being told to hang on until Monday 8th??? Great offered but poor execution
