I am so pleased with my prints. I needed to change my smaller frames of photos of my granddaughter who has just graduated from Uni. They old once were of her from starting school to doing her A levels.

Absolutely terrible service and I will never use it again
I have been ordering a lot of photos and the picture quality is not very good and when they lose all your photos of your kids and itās been over a month and they still havenāt sorted anything out about it like I said all my other pictures have arrived just not the pictures of my son as a new bone I should of just done them ones at a both I would not recommend this company as something is not right here I know other people that have had the same problem take care wen choosing pictures to get printed as you donāt know what is happening with your pictures

App quits unexpectidly
45 free prints that canāt upload 20 in one attempt. Not great considering the rating the app has got. I find it a bit poor for what it is trying to boast.

Been using FreePrints for a while now and we love it! Our daughter works abroad on a cruise ship so itās perfect for us to take photos out to her to put up in her cabin!

I absolutely love this app itās great having pictures to look at and a few years ago I lost all the pictures on my phone thatās why I now download all my pictures on here and have them all to look at

Delivery
Photo turn out great but delivery is shocking got told it would arrive by the 13th and now the 20th and still havenāt arrived
Terrible
I payed extra for my delivery to arrive 17-18 of August because itās my friends birthday. It is now the 20th and I still havenāt received my package yet. I have tried emailing them, no answer. I tried to get help from there ai thing. Kept telling me that it was on its way. This is not the first time Iāve used free prints but it will definitely be my last.
