Just an app
It is just a wrapper that allows push notification. You need the push notification module. Totally worth it. I wish it had a cache delete button. Because we have some theme changes. But it works great. The button are Done, back and forth. The minimum you will need.

En fait c’est l’UI web, le problème c’est que parfois, elle perd l’URL de connexion, qu’il faut donc retaper. Je ne suis pas sûr de voir l’intérêt de cette app.

Oben genannte Fehlermeldung tritt leider sehr häufig aus, wenn man die App aus dem Hintergrund hervorruft oder eine Push-Meldung anklickt.
Grundsätzlich nutzbar, aber die Fehlermeldung deutet auf schlecht programmierte Requests hin und sollte behoben werden.

Use the web app
I love freescout but don’t use this crap app. Just add freescout to your homepage using the share button, the web app is better than this thin wrapper that does more harm than good. Again, freescout is amazing but this needs some updates to be considered usable.

Обожаю FreeScout, это действительно классная разработка.
НО приложение для iOS крайне странное. Не оптимизировано под последние модели iPhone, всё криво и косо, наезжает друг на друга.

ich habe noch nie eine so beschi…e App gesehen, wie diese. Ein einfaches wrappen der Webseite in perfektion schlecht umgesetzt. Naja, 10€ aufm Konto des „Entwicklers“. Wenigstens ist das reguläre Produkt, das Ticketsystem richtig geil 👌🏻
Комок глюка
Постоянной вылетает и лагает. Под телефоны с челкой (iphone 10, 11, 12…) не возможно пользоваться все наезжает друг на друга сверху а снизу панель навигации)) назад и вперёд страницы))) я понимаю что проект на энтузиазме но приложение можно было сделать платным или по подписке но нормальным. Часто push не приходят так как само там вылетело и все

Buggy and no notifications
It seems like this app was built for iPhones pre-notch. It does not fit correctly on my iPhone 13 screen. It also zooms in on text fields when you tap them making it very annoying to use.
There are some strange buttons on the bottom of the screen that seem to behave erratically as well including a “done” button that will log you out of the app for some reason.
Definitely needs polished before it is usable.

Junk App
10€ für das Modul gezahlt, um eine nicht funktionierende App nutzen zu dürfen.
Naja App ist auch Zuviel gesagt.
Es wird auf schlechteste weise die eigene FreeScout Instanz geladen.
