Poorly designed and coaches don’t answer messages. 28 day on ramp has vanished and not accessible even after I paid $29.99 for it. Very disappointed in Carl Paoli and his crew. I won’t be renewing.

I really like the app. Videos are good. But they need audio with cues and more description of what each exercise is.
