If I Could Give It A Negative Number of Stars I Would
Constantly getting “signal loss”. Have had a number of sensors & all the same. Checking the events record in the App and they don’t show, so unable to submit anything to Abbott. Junk!

Gonna again reiterate the need to be able to scroll back and read past results.
Still no Apple Watch support.
For over a year now, the company has been saying they will ‘look into’ watch support. They still say it, but the watch is still not supported. This is absurd and I am done waiting. I have bought my last Libre and will switch to a different monitor.
Not intuitive
There are constant gaps in the data. I don’t keep my phone with me as much anymore as I’m trying to break that monkey on my back. I need a button that when I do sync I can press to connect with the libre, that say’s “update data.”Then I know it’s working instead of waiting around.
Whoever designed this app needs to be fired
The overall function of the Libre 3 is great, but the data display suckkkksss. Your readings are put automatically into a chart and you can’t select them to put logs of how you were feeling or what you ate. Instead you have to enter your log in some weird way and doesn’t even show up right,
common sense alarm fix
there should be an option to set additional alarms other than just the set threshold. Currently the alarm only sounds when I cross the threshold I’ve set for low and high blood sugars.
Dipping below and then going above my threshold will set off the alarm four or five times unnecessarily. A bit of programming could fix this behaviour.
The major flaw is that I get the alarm when I pass the threshold but that’s all it does. It’s a glorified threshold alarm system. If I go above my high range it can climb to all the way to HI without notifying me that my blood sugar has gone from a bit over to way over my threshold. In metric, my alarm range is 4.1 to 11.2. I can go below 4.1, treat it, but if my it my treatment does not take me above the 4.1 threshold, it can go down to 2.9 without setting off a secondary alarm to indicate that my blood sugar has gone really high or really low.
Easy to fix. Abbott will not.

Tired of
I liked when first got device, but now I’m tired of deleting the alarms before able to read the digits.
Not just one or two deletings but like about 10-15 times.
And my digits go below 3.9…sometimes it goes to 2.9…but I prick finger and get a like 5.7.

App update still not good
App is still glitchy and now you have to say done in order to move to the next option. I wish this app was not glitchy and was more user friendly.
This version is a complete failure
I've been a user for more 10 years including before it was refunded by MSP and I was hope that this version 3 would be fixe the main issue with the version 2. The bluetooth problem. Well it doesn't !!! It still keep disconnecting. Worse, when it's disconnected, you can run a manuel test. UNACCEPTABLE !
You then have to disconnect Bluetooth and wait several minutes for it to reconnect. Yet another product designed by people who aren't diabetic...
And IT GETS EVEN WORTH. Out of my 3 sensors, 2 stopped working for no apparent reason. Simply tell me to replace sensor.
So, if you want a reliable sensor, stick with the version 2. This experience honestly make me want to switch to the competition, such as Dextrom !

Almost useless
It's barely above useful. Someone learning how code an app prob could have done. Better job than what is currently published. There are so many things that are missing. Intuitive user interfaces for actions notes notes after the fact etc is just the beginning... Give your programmer a libre 3 and see if they have access to the way they want to see their data... Wowser - I'd hate to be actually diabetic and needing this... I am simply using it to adjust habits and track but this is sad in an embarrassing way!

Constantly shutting itself down
I’ve had sensor problems with roughly every other sensor. Whether it stops giving alerts, stops reading, or simply shuts itself down. The size is great, but if it doesn’t work often, What’s the point? Thinking of switching back to the Libre 2.
UPDATE: I’ve now downgraded this from a 2 star to a 1 star. Out of maybe 12 sensors, I’ve had 2-3 last the full 14 days. Most failing within 1-4 days. Abbott is great at sending replacements, but it’s not worth the headache to deal with a sensor that simply fails in a day or two. Switched back to Libre 2.

Bad Sensors
This has got to be figured out. I dont have a finger prick system and rely on this Libre 3 Plus. Today all my reading were around 3. I ate something sweet and the highest its been is 4. Its way off. I out it on last night! At this rate you should be giving out sensors for free. Ive only had a couple since March that actually lasted the 15 days.

Awful Product
I have used these for the last four years and consistently have problems. The filament either goes sideways, the adhesive gives out within a day or two and the monitoring is constantly going off-line, once resulting in a hospital stay as I could not monitor a low glucose episode. I would strongly recommend trying something else. I really hope they get their act together because this is a very necessary product!

You’ve been selling a doicky 70$+ that last 14 days and you’ve still not figured how to integrate the data, transferred via Bluetooth to my phone to Apple Health?
Most basic glucose monitoring apps are able to do so and you’re telling me that Abbott, a global medical consortium can’t negotiate a protocol with Apple? That’s just lazy.

Accurate Readings, But critical safety grip.
The new Libre 3 device looks identical to its predecessor, and on the surface, that's where the similarities end in a good way — the reader app tracks and analyzes blood glucose levels accurately and consistently. Data logging and trend analysis work well.
However, there's a critical flaw: the high and low glucose alerts are not functioning reliably. This isn't a minor bug — real-time notifications are the entire point of a Libre 3 Without them, users lose the early warning system needed to catch dangerous highs or lows before they become emergencies, undermining the core purpose of the device for daily diabetes management.
Accurate data with no working alerts is like a smoke detector that logs smoke levels but never sounds an alarm. The manufacturer needs to treat this as a priority fix, not a footnote — and until it's resolved, this device can't be fully trusted for safe, independent glucose management.

Not accurate
I tried 2 of these on the advice of the pharmacist at my diabetes clinic. I didn’t do a finger prick the whole time I was wearing it, therefore I don’t know if it was accurate the first time I used it. The second one I tried was way off of my actual bs. Within minutes of it syncing I got a low bs alert, so I did the finger prick and my actual bs was high. I didn’t get one accurate reading while using the second one.
I’m going to try the dexcom g7 now. Let’s hope that one is more accurate.

More alarm options please
Would be nice if we users could customizs their own alarm rules.
Too many problems
Crashes way too often. Needs to work with the Apple Watch. Needs an iPhone widget. You should be able to scrub through the time line / daily graph to see what time things happened.
Keeps little history and no precision
First, pairing took numerous phone restarts over 40 minutes to pair, then 1 hour to start getting data. Kept saying disconnected requiring another power cycle.
The display shows current level and an arrow showing trend. The graph is only 12 hours of history then gone. You can’t scroll to see a precise reading at a previous time nor zoom in to try to estimate
