Game does not load black screen on iPad 9 generation I was really looking forward to play this game because I played it on a computer but it doesn’t work please fix

Won’t work
Every time I try to use the app, it shows the logo and then goes unto a black screen. I waited for 10 minutes and nothing happened, I reset my phone, nothing happened. And I tried redownloading the app. It still doesn’t work

I just downloaded it hoping that I can play but it just stay in a black screen. I have a iPhone 12 and idk of this happen to other mobile device but can you plz fix it

Black screen of death on iPhone X. This is why you should be absolutely certain to test your game before putting it on the App Store.

We are very sorry, this issue did not appear when we tested on iPhone X. We are looking into it and will update with a fix as soon as possible.
Broken
Doesn’t work on iPhone Xs at all, the game never loads up and just stays on a black screen
