This App used to be great
I used to love this up app but unfortunately I have to find something new. Every update seems to break something or drastically change how a process in the app works. The support team no longer responds when having trouble, it feels like they have abandoned the app or no longer have anyone to support. I’m now searching for a replacement as one of the main functions I use which is invoicing no longer works.

Great App! Wish there were more options for reports.
This app is perfect for tracking my hours. My only complaint is that I wish you could customize the report that goes to clients. My clients like to see the specific hours worked, and not all the hours lumped together. I’ve been transferring the data to a different report to send in. I wish that I could do everything from the app. I love that the app starts recording as soon as I get to the site.

This app saves me so much time!
I am a freelance graphic designer and photographer. Tracking the hours I’ve worked as always been a very tedious and time consuming task. I found Freework through the App Store and I am grateful that I did! It has saved me hours of entry and paperwork. I’ve been using the app for about six months now and it is very simple to use and designed well. The only issue I’ve had is that the app will log me out periodically. Currently I am using Freework to track my time and Harvest for invoicing. I like the timer functionality better in Freework but invoicing better in Harvest. It would be great if there were the same invoicing functionality in Freework, it would save me a couple hours a week in paperwork.
