Half baked
The info this app should store is just what you need! No gripe with that but... it is impossible to work out how to add foods! The functionality has not been thought through properly and the designer needs to go to a freezer and try and products so as to come up with a user-friendly version. Needs work!

It does the job, but pretty primitive
I have a long list of wants:
1. The default images are hard to see. I suggest adding labels below them and using different colors for them.
2. Let us modify the defaults in all fields.
3. Bug - You cannot update the type name after you create it.
4. Bug: you can create a type named ‘Vegetables’, but any entries you try to create are never created
5. Let us add symbols for types
6. Tag is pretty useless.
7. Add a place for the item name. Now it must be in notes.
8. Location of just 1-9 is very restrictive. At least give a place for us to describe how the locations are assigned.
9. Provide support for the data to sync between devices (eg, iPad and iPhone)
10. I’d like to see a PC/Mac version that syncs with iPad but is easier to make large inputs.
11. Support duplicating an item. Often several of the same item are purchased on same day, so entries are identical.
