Super cool
I’m loving the aesthetic and the graphics…are the ships pre-rendered? They look so real, almost like toys 😆 There should be more Vaporwave space games out there!
Love this game but would like to have more options
I want to start off by saying I love this game and how everything in the world is designed. All the mechanics of the game are pretty cool and I love the spaceship upgrading systems.
Another thing that I really liked is that there are events that happen around the systems that require certain materials to be brought places for extra rewards.
I love how the characters bring up convos to you in the mailbox when you buy a new shipping lane or level up and etc etc. but while I’m on the topic of this, I personally loved the 2d art when the characters would communicate with you, it seemed like an aesthetic choice and the pixelated 2d art added another layer of intricacy as opposed to using 3d rendered art for the characters. The 2d art seemed more defined in comparison but id personally prefer an option to switch back to 2d or sumthin like that (maybe I’m just nitpicky) but that in no way affects my review on the game, as it is a small personal preference rather than something that actually affects my experience with the game.
I can’t wait to see what’s next for this game, but I’d love to see like a personal hub that we can place anywhere in a subsystem once we unlocked all lanes so that there’s something o do even after we’ve bought everything in the subsystem.
