It’s the only app I ever have an issue with , always freezes up and never responds, I’ve deleted the app completely and reinstalled several times over last few months but it seems to only get worse , maybe recruit some new IT people like they have with the players

I can’t use the app as I have an older iPhone 8 and the app won’t handle it.

Functionality
I love the idea of accessing tickets via the app. However, it is just so poor. Constantly having to change passwords and having endless trouble with just getting the ticket you have purchased is just ridiculous. It has been like this for years.

I can’t help but think we had a better system for season ticket holders to go to the game
Since Ticketmasters envolvment it is so hard to get your ticket and even harder to transfer it

Easy app
This app makes it so easy to access what I mostly need - fixtures, downloading tickets to my wallet and transferring tickets. I also enjoy the player/training notes. I am a member of another club with clunky access to tickets and on-screen layout of fixtures. They could learn a lot from Freo's app. Go Freo.

Ongoing issues with accessing the digital tickets to fortnightly games at home. Problems in previous years and this season 2025. Frustrating and disappointing as limited other options.
