This is still in 1900
Oh man this app is not even an app. The online password is not taken in app. The app I think was created in 1900. And initial setup is like winning a lottery and the customer support actually take pride in that. This is ridiculous. Business account here is funny, it takes two weeks to have a fund available. Apparently they do manual check. For opening an account it took 4 hours. Lol. Now that’s a job security.

Poor App Ever
So disappointed with App. So difficulty to login, always fails for login. I never get deposit done easily. Terrible App Ever.
Totally useless and unreliable app.
What a disappointment. Love the bank, have a long term relationship with it and have multiple accounts. The app crashes all the time often in the middle of a transaction. The mobile deposit frequently does not work and directs us to a customer service number that is open only during office hours. Even during office hours theRe is no help. For a business any app and particularly for a business banking app this is totally useless!

Horrible online banking experience. Glitchy and full of errors. Have tried for s couple years off and on. Will not use it anymore not worth the time or frustration.
Frustrating
This is a frustrating app. Not sure why Fremont Bank can’t make an investment into a good business banking app for customers.
Not good for business
Unfortunately I’m very disappointed with this app! I have had multiple failed attempts to log-in to see what’s going on with my account! The finger print recognition doesn’t even work after I’ve installed it over three times. I also don’t like the fact that if you want to check your account history you’re unable to through the app. I really wanted to like this bank but I can’t have my money somewhere just blindly. I definitely wouldn’t recommend. I will be changing from this bank soon.
