Unhappy customer
I have been with this bank for 7 or 8 years and this is the first time I have completely gotten locked out of my online banking app. It’s refusing to let me reset my password. It just keeps saying password failed login locked. I am not happy. I called the bank and I was told it wasn’t locked but it keeps saying that it is. I’ve never had this problem with this app until they had to go a mess with it and mess it up.

Glitchy and Condusing
The app developer needs to redesign this confusing and glitchy app. Do away with the unnecessary graphics that try to make it slick and focus on making it user-friendly and easier to navigate. Most of the time I can’t make payments at all. Other times I just get errors that force me to call the bank, and I don’t get much help from them because they don’t design apps. I am removing it from my phone.
