It has been more than two years since I have been trying to close my account. Tribune says I don’t have an account but they are charging me $30 A month for an account I can access or cancel. This account was supposed to be $4 a month or o never would have subscribed. They sad they would fix it once but they never did. I want all my money back

Wish I could give them a negative 150 stars. That’s how much money they stole from me.
I foolishly did their $1/3 month trial only because I wanted to look up some information.
I looked at the article I wanted to see and canceled the trial. I checked to make sure it was canceled.
Today many months later I find they have been charging me more that $21.00 a month for a very long time. To top if if I checked today to see if I could log into the app so I could contact them about their mistake. Hahaha the app says I don’t have an account and woolen me log in. Someone is going to get a butt chewing.

It never loads. So what is the point of even having an app, oooh so we all have to PAY the ridiculous amount to pay for a paper!

this app is just crap!!! don't waste your time, if there were negative stars, this would get a couple! app went to crap, just like the paper went to crap!!
