This app does everything a French learner could need, including pronunciation, translation, full verb conjugations, plus a general dictionary. The small annual fee is a bargain.
Recent update made it bad for quick word look up
After the recent update, for the dictionary function, the top result for the word search in the dictionary is covered by the word “do you want to translate?” Which makes it troublesome to scroll it down to unhide the top word and select it. Or mistakenly tapping “translate” button consumes unnecessary time to return to the dictionary and tap the right word, which was already shown at the top.

I have utilized this French Translator dictionary for a number of years now. I am studying French very intensely now and use this app many times a day. I regarded it as absolutely essential to have a comprehensive manner to both deal with meaning as well as the conjugations in French to reinforce my learning. Superb app!

Handy French App
Excellent app. User friendly for both French equivalent of English words and phrases ... and vice versa. This app provided quick access to words I'd forgotten.

Like very much the sounding of the words chosen. S should be more example Sentences and many words missing. Good for a starter learner. Trouble at times with saved words not available and now no sound for words
Great easy app for French translation
I’ve loved using this app for several years now, whenever I travel to France. I mostly use the dictionary, which is both simple and complete. I never find myself stumped as to the meaning of signs, notices, or programs.

Very useful app
This is a very compact app which is particularly useful for intermediate students of French. It also allows cross reference to more comprehensive definitions if required. The dictionary and translation features are the most useful. In the more recent iteration, advertisements have become more prominent, which rarely pleases users. There is a complex £ $ € calculus between advertising, cost of app and product satisfaction / uptake.
