Quick Book
App is OK for booking new appointments. The Quick Book feature does not work. Also, it would be nice to be able to edit booked services instead of having to cancel and rebook.
Worthless
App doesn’t function correctly. Layout is not optimized for devices so text is on top of other text and can’t be clicked. Info is not accurate. Date is green (meaning appointments are available), but when you click the date, it shows no appointments. Web site is better but also needs improvement.
Great place, terrible app
I enjoy going here but this app needs help. Constant internal servers. And it's not updating the location with new dates and times as they called me and said I missed an appointment.
Hard to book for more than one person.
Not user friendly.
Can’t reset password
I’ve tried to reset my password on the app and never got a verification code.
