Very unhappy and would not recommend product.
Fix the damn app so you can connect when you have to reset or add to a new wifi. Clearly you don’t care enough as so many people have already complained about this and more than a year later I am faced with the same problems. Not good enough in this smart home society!

I too am having problems with this connecting to the app. I loved this product (had one for several years and never had a problem). Liked it so much that I went out and purchased a second one. This is where I had problems. Couldn’t connect the device to the app. I even took my product back to the store and got another one. I know I’ve followed all the steps correctly as I haven’t had a problem with my first one connecting. I know I have it on 2.4G, reinstalled the app, returned the product to the shop and got another one to still find the same issue of couldn’t connect.
Surely there is an issue with the app or otherwise the app and I would like a replacement product that actually works or an update to the app that fixes this issue.

Broken app won't connect to devices
I'm at least the third person who can confirm something's gone awry with the app. I moved home recently and had to reset my connection to the device, as I have new WiFi. It's stuck in the first step of connection and when I eventually get an offer to connect via "AP mode", that's just a further waste of time.
Until this is fixed, if it ever will be, I'll be setting reminders via Siri every 5 days to refill the water, every 30 days to change filter, and every 60 days for a full clean. Defeats the purpose of the app though, nor will I know how clean the water supposedly is.

Useless
Does not connect to my wifi. I have tried everything but it keeps saying the connection failed. Very frustrating when you pay over $140 for a device that does not connect to wifi!!

I can not connect as per above review.

The app tries to look for device but it just tries to search. The green bullet just keeps pulsing and after a long wait you get a failed message. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, checked the wifi password and settings as per instructions, not to use 5 ghz mode. I don’t know what else I can do or try and consider myself tech savvy. I always work on logic but nothing makes sense.

App crashes
App crashes when you try to ‘add pet’ - otherwise not much to say. Luckily fountain works without the app - wish I could give a more comprehensive review but I cant even get past the first hurdle.
Rubbish
You people make great hardware then you can’t even make a bit of software work. Couldn’t even get it to connect to my wifi so now half the features of the hardware are obsolete. Great job (NOT)!

Good instructions but a little buggy
I like the easy instructions for servicing the fountain but I am almost always faced with an ‘incorrect password’ error when opening - even though the correct password is remembered by the app. Annoying.

This App is Killing Me!!
First of all it would let me register.
Finally i managed to register through Facebook and everything was great for a month or so.
Now when and I try and log on it takes me to The Tea Centre page....WTAF?!?
The help pages are all in Asian.
Deleting the app and reinstalling does nothing.
Now, it’s basically useless and my fountain is constantly showing as red....and I don’t get updates and the fountain is now also next to useless.
Seriously need to fix all of these issues cause at the moment it’s useless and frustrating!

Notification can not be turned off
Already read the notification message but still the notification is on, even i deleted the message.

You change the filter ... one week late, it sends a reminder to change it again when it’s supposed to be replaced once every 30 days!!
You change the water so you’re good for 5 days! Then, 4 days later, you open the App, it says you have 4 days left to change the water!!
