A lot of errors
Tried to use today. Would not go through the full registration using google account. Kept ending in an error after verifying my phone number. So I created an email account. Got to the end of my order and would only accept Apple Pay. I don’t have Apple pay. After 20 minutes trying to place my order for pick up just drove to the restaurant and ordered at the counter. Which then cost me another 20 minutes.

Poor Services
App seems fine, but when I submitted an order it gave me an error and told me I couldn’t submit an order. Since I didn’t receive an order confirmation email or any other way to show my order went through, I gave up and chose another option for lunch. Then an hour after lunch, I receive an email telling me my order will be ready an hour ago. Had to call the store for a refund, thankfully that was easy and the restaurant was understanding. ChowNow needs to hire some QA, because that was a terrible experience.
