Hate the App, Love the Sandwiches
We LOVE Fresh Coast sandwiches, and we hate the app. It is very frustrating to use. In selecting ingredients, there’s too much space in between ingredients - way too much scrolling!! And the slider bars are not helpful. Plus - only a couple of items have the “left/right/whole sandwich” option. I also don’t appreciate being forced to select a pick-up time initially, that is then never available. Finally, please don’t default a 20% tip (then $20 when I select ‘other’). I’ll add the tip myself.

Good food, but tricky app and never correct orders.
My wife and I used to order from Fresh Coast weekly. It was our go-to Friday or Saturday dinner. The app was a nice feature so we could ear bonuses/discounts, but there’s not an easy way to apply the earned discounts, and we lost our points several times. Also, we now only order once every three to six months because the prices have doubled, and our orders are NEVER correct. We usually tip in advance, and they have NEVER offered any money back or any sort of compensation when they screw up the order and we have to stand there waiting for 15-30 minutes while fix our order. Can’t ask for our tip refunded either. Not giving one star because they are very nice and the food is really good when it is made correct.

Love & Hate

When I want to pick sandwich ingredients, the entire screen is stationary, while the bottom inch is for navigation. There’s too much space in between items and the slider bars are not helpful. I also don’t appreciate being forced to select a pick-up time initially, that is then never available. Finally, please don’t default a tip. If I want to tip, I’ll add it myself.

Fresh Coast Market is great
Fresh Coast Market is great but this app isn't very good.
Great local place!
Love the variety, the friendliness and the selection of meats, cheeses, and other items. Only complaint is it takes a long time to get sliced meats/cheeses even when ordering on the app.

Easy to use app and food ready at the time requested for easy pickup.

Love this app. So easy to use and the food descriptions and pictures are what you really get!
