Amazing place for shakes, healthy and dessert like as well. Would like to really see only two things- multivitamin add on and Apple Pay on the app. That’s the only reason for 3 star and not 5. But those are two HUGE issues for me

Used to be good
It used to be so easy to order using apple pay. Now its a painful broken experience to create a new account and manually enter credit card details. The password reset did not work. The autofill forms are broken. Huge step back in usability

I am a member at Hot-works so I get 20 percent off when I buy.. but so far I had nothing but great experience everything tastes so good and the first time I had one I was full for the rest of day ate nothing else i encouraged any one to come try them out especially if your working out or maybe you just want a treat

The folks at the Fresh Monkee in Katy are super friendly, the shakes and drinks are amazing. Only downside is how close it is to the house, and working from home, I want to go everyday.🤷♂️🤣

App needs a severe overhaul
I LOVE my local Fresh Monkee. I absolutely hate the app so much that I’ve only used it once out of all the visits I’ve made, foregoing any points or, more importantly to me, ability to check my order history to order exactly what I’ve liked which is a HUGE bummer. More than once I’ve ordered elsewhere because of the app.

Ap looks great but that’s it. No apply pay and I can’t use my number because it was associated with Toast App that fresh minkes no longer accepts and because I used apply “hide my email” I can’t reset my password because they don’t send it to the number- they send it to the email. Should have kept the third party apps until all the bugs are worked out

I don’t like the new app
It did not recognize my previous reward, defaulted to a tip i didn’t agree to and the ability to opt out of the tip wasn’t intuitive. I don’t like sneaky business practices and whoever designed this app did this intentionally.
