Unable to start anything in the app - I get an endless dialogue box telling me “Uh oh! Something went wrong!”. I’ve deleted and reinstalled the app, dismissed the app, all to no avail. Fresh is one of my favorite restaurants, so please fix the app!

Did not want to take my payment. I tried Visa and Apple Pay but none works. Yes, my Visa is valid.

Worst App Ever - Total Scam!
This is the worst app I have ever used. I typically don't write reviews but felt compelled to after a terrible experience this evening. I used their app to order my food, and my cried card was charged. When I called the resturant an hour later to see what had happened they said they never got my order and that I'll have to wait and see if I will be refunded automatically. If not, I was told I would have to call back and ask for refund! Who does this? How can you treat your customers like that? My recommendation is that you avoid this app at all costs.

Wonderful time at fresh
Really great happy hour meals! Squash tacos were super delicious and incredibly filling got a bold lemon sauce to go with them 10/10. I got the date almond shake and the big green juice both were really good. Our waitress Brook , was wonderful and super accommodating with my dietary restrictions.

Impossible to use
The app is such a pain to use that I’ll just go and order through one of those aggregators. Do they charge unfair fees? Yes the do. But at least you can actually order through them.

Terrible, buggy app
I can’t log in and thus can’t use my many points. The correspondence with Fresh is pleasant enough, but I’m still waiting for a fix to the problem.
App needs work!
I love supporting the restaurant directly however they use door dash for delivery who I have had zero issue with expect when I place an order on the fresh app. It seems fresh overloads the drivers with 2-3 orders and delivery takes a long time… that if the restaurant even fulfills the order. On two occasions 40 minutes after placing the order the restaurant canceled the order because they lacked product. There is zero support in the moment so a full refund was issued and you are still at home with no food waiting 2-3 business days for an email response. It’s a shame because the food & restaurant are lovey. The app needs more organization.

Slow and Painful
This app is the slowest I’ve used since the original iPhone. The developers need to take a hard look in the mirror for considering this acceptable. Bailed out and used ubereats instead.
Awful all around
Terrible op and terrible restaurant service actually. Are used to love their food but they decided to take 75% of the items off the menu even on their own up I guess for certain locations and it’s really crazy. Not only that the Apple is so slow and there’s no way toCancel your order or get in touch with an actual person at the store that always delivers to me so as of today I will not be using the Fresh app or eating at the Fresh restaurants or ordering off any other app

I ordered some food yesterday and registered online, today I tried to log onto the app it will only let me register. Of course when I try to register it tells me I can’t because my email address is already there. I do not want to open a new account because there was a credit on my account due to a messed up order, I’m not sure what to do now!

My worst restaurant app user experience to date
I was ready to place my order using the app, but cannot enter my credit card information because the app is no compatible with my iPhone. Not only can I not enter my full credit card information so I can proceed to checkout, but I’m also unable to contact customer support. I get a message that says “mail is not supported” I’m very disappointed and more so frustrated that I wasted time trying to order and support local, and I’m still hungry.
