App glitch
The new update was a big failure- the app keeps crashing as soon as it opens.
Better but still average
While I appreciate businesses that have digital loyalty programs, this is app is very basic. It does what it needs to do, but it could have more functionality or even just look nicer. That said, that most recent update (after 5 years) resulted in the app launching much faster - prior to the update it took several seconds just to load a QR code.
