This app is supposed to streamline processes and it does exactly the opposite of that. Constantly crashing, bugs all over the place. This thing is a disaster. Website is much easier to use. No support from the company other then to blame your internal networking. There are better options out there. I do not recommend this at all

I’ve been using this app for about 1.5 years. It’s so buggy constantly always issues with its closing out early or not loading logs properly. I’m always having to close and reopen app between log entries. If my company didn’t insist I use it I would not. Please fix this ludacris app. People use this to help run a business
