구독했는데 돈만 먹고 오류나서는 영상 잠금해제도 안되고 ㅡㅡ 이미 구독처리되어있어서 뭐 구독도 안되고 고객센터도 없고 피드백만 남기라면 해결은 언제 해주는건가요
