Frustrating app needs fixing
When I sent snap shots of the app errors to the store they said I needed to update the app on Apple. I have what’s available as the newest update. There is nothing to update! Payment errors, can’t add items from the circular- “product ID is invalid”, consistently says “the request timed out”.
App could be better
My partner and I tried to use the app on his phone and for some unknown reason it wouldn’t let us make an account on there. Fine whatever. We signed in as a guest and started putting things into the digital cart. Suddenly the phone glitches (not the apps fault) but then EVERYTHING that was in the cart was now gone. (Again, just the phones fault but I WISH there was some kinda saving thing on there even if you’re signed in as a guest.) I was super annoyed already because there were almost 20 things I had put into the digital cart. Whatever. I decide to go on MY phone this time. I then add everything I wanted originally into the cart. I then try to “clip and save” but I can’t do that as a guest ig, I then click to create an account and unlike my partners phone it DOES work for me. I’m happy. But then it brings me BACK to the main page and ONCE AGAIN it hadn’t saved ANY of the items that were in my cart. I decide to just give up and go to the store at this point. Super frustrating.

App glitches
A few months ago the app started making me “login” again every time I opened the app. It wouldn’t save my cart anymore. I uninstalled it, then re-installed it. Now, as soon as I open it, it tells me there’s a new version available, and directs me to the App Store. However, it takes me to a different app that I don’t have nor do I want.

I wish some friends I know could use app too. But the app doesn’t allow them to use snap EBT. Like Walmart app does. I use my credit card. More people would use it if this app didn’t have so many limited options. Needs some improvement. No response from developers. Must not care. I may just go back to Walmart for this reason

Very good app
This app is a lifesaver for me and it is getting better all the time.
A little clunky…
A little clunky and not real user friendly. Search phrases are weird. Results returned are almost always complete. For example, one has to know to include “BH” for boars head deli meat? And if I search for ham the boars head doesn’t come up at all. Maybe this is the way the store has set it up but it needs to be more intuitive. There’s no way to do a thorough shopping trip with an app like this without getting frustrated.

So convenient!
This is great. However, I enjoy going into the shop as often as I can because I can zip through fast and they have great deals. I especially like the meat guys! But this is a nice option. I wish I could choose the pickup time first.
Need to add Apple Pay to app!
Or if it’s there, it’s certainly not obvious.

APP CRASH WITH IOS 14.1 UPDATE
Ever since I downloaded the iOS update to 14.1, I cannot open the App. It starts to load and then poof it disappears. I’ve tried numerous times and I’ve experienced the same crash. I even deleted the App, re-downloaded it and it STILL CRASHES. Please fix this issue. Thank you.
