No reason to use
Very good choice
freshpack is a great, time-saving option for delivery services. When grocery shopping in-person, I tend to buy items on impulse, so using this service makes me stick to my list. For me, it's a financial wash. I especially like ordering in when the weather is cold. The drivers are professional, reliable and handle items with care.

Service is so bad - stay away

So I tried to order some food but it was keep saying that your order is wrong, there is an error! So Disappointed!!
Scam like delvery app
Ordered - no delivery, no money return. A lot of time wasted. Customer service zero. This happened to too many customers. Apple should ban this scammers.

Delivery time 3-5 hours in general. Refund process was little complicated. however, they have a variety of choice of restaurants compared to other apps in Mongolia that I’m happy of specially, vegan restaurants. i’m sure they would improve in the future.

Buggy mess with no reason to exist
Dont bother with it, the level of incompetence is something i have never seen before. How does an app handling money can pass the QA when every little function bugs out is beyond me.
Buggiest app I have ever used. Will automatically change delivery date to few days in advance ( who orders their lunch 2 days in advance at dinner time ??? ). Figured out the app changed the delivery time even though i explicitly selected right now as an option. Called them to cancel the order, they said ok we will cancel it, we will refund you if u enter your bank info. Thought alright and left it be. Two days later get a call from the restaurant asking about the order which wasn’t cancelled. So had to call them again to actually cancel the order which was supposedly canceled two days ago. After three different phone calls to customer support they finally change it to delivered?? Fine whatever, just wanna get my refund which still hasn’t been processed ( got told 10 mins every time during a call). Thee days later still can’t get my refund to process because they say I can’t spell my name right and blaming me for their buggy app.
