“Chronowheel” Expansion Part I: Butterfly of The Chronowheel New Character Joins The Journey! - Lynn - Butterfly of the Chronowheel “Don’t be afraid. Because I’m here.” Class: Warrior —Trait— Butterfly of the Chronowheel: Speed +20%, Evasion Ignore Rate +20%. Gains shield equal to 50% of all True Damage dealt. Cyclebreaker: Immune to all damage in the first round of battle, and perform a second attack after the first one. The Sunflower rescued her from the mist-veiled sea at dawn—a girl who fall into the Starfall Seas from the sky like a wayward butterfly. None aboard could ever forget the moment she awoke: her wide eyes scanning the unfamiliar faces, tears streaming down her cheeks as she whispered again and again— “The Chronowheel has finally turned… Crow…! Have you seen a white-haired girl called Crow?” Lynn claimed she came from a world before Naer was destroyed by the Kings—a world locked in an endless cycle of time, forever trapped in the first year of the Naer–Allua War. In that endless loop, she is the only one retained her memories across each loop. What kept her defying the wheel, what gave her strength to endure countless cycles, were the white-haired girl named Crow, and the forbidden name none dared to speak aloud now—the Black Queen. To Lynn, they were family. That eternal year of memories will always be where she belongs to. But when the Chronowheel finally starts to turn, she found herself utterly alone. The two she had fought so desperately to protect were nowhere to be found. To discover the fate of Crow and the Black Queen, Lynn chose to sail with the Sunflower, gathering fragments of truth at every port and town along their voyage. All signs pointed toward a single destination—the old capital of Naer, Nova. Once her home, now twisted into a citadel of blood, seized by the Starfall Council and reshaped into the Starfall Gate. Though most spoke of that city only in hushed tones—dread seeping into every mention, as if its very name were taboo—Lynn knew with absolute clarity: she must go there. It was the place of her golden memories with Crow, the bond she had sworn to protect with the Black Queen, and the very nexus where all journeys begin and end. This time, she is not driven by the Chronowheel, nor by the will to protect who she treasures. For the first time, she moves forward guided only by her own will and faith. In battle, Lynn’s spear is not merely a weapon—it blossoms into a Flower of Time. Her movements flow like a butterfly’s dance, swift and ephemeral, often too fast for the human eye to follow. She can tear through the fabric of space in an instant, flashing through enemy ranks and leaving behind only luminous afterimages. She claims this power exists only because of those precious smiles she wishes to protect. Among the crew of the Sunflower, Lynn gradually reveals a lighter, more playful side—brief moments of respite gifted by fate. Yet deep inside, she knows her path must lead back to that long-fallen capital. When the Sunflower finally reaches the Starfall Gate, what will await her there? Buried truths? A storm of blood and fire? Or yet another of the endless cycle?
