People use VPN’s way too much on this app. You can’t trust where people are from and it’s been this way for years with no signs if a desire to fix it. Searching near you is impossible. What’s the point of a dating app if you can never go on a date because the guy is really across the planet? Software constantly crashes. Needs rewriting desperately.

Can’t get perks
I am very disappointed in fridae now. I paid for one year of perks a couple of weeks ago. But my paid benefits have not begun. Fridae should either start giving me the paid benefits, or give me a refund.
Buggy
Would give more stars if I didn't have to have two attempts at signing in each time. The first attempt just hangs on a wheel of death and then I have to wait a while before the second attempt, which connects.
The other fault is that the distances are wildly inaccurate. Not everyone is using a VPN to spoof their location but I still see people "94" Km away who turn out to be the other side of the world. Fix the bugs and I might just sign up for a perks account.

Scammers
Too many scammers on Fridae! Even after I filed a complaint against the scam accounts created by the same scammer. Fridae still approved this scammer of using my photo in his profile. I reported that scammer a few days ago, but now I still haven’t heard from Fridae yet! The scammer is still using my photo right now while I am writing this review! As a 10-year-old loyal Fridae user. I am very disappointed! Sometimes I wonder if the Fridae admin is working with the scammers? Why are there so many scammers? You literally see scammers on fridae every single day!

Block someone
When I block someone on app , they still keep send me heart and message.
