Can’t figure out mods

Hey! So sorry to be a bother but I was wondering, I can’t figure out how to get mods or add them. I dunno if it’s a bug, a settings thing, something to do with parental controls (I’m sadly still under parents rules and conditions😔) or if they are even a feature anymore. If you could tell me or explain how to get and add them I would insanely appreciate it!!(I mainly just wanna get mid-fight masses and mods expanded from the mod cause they are my favorite characters and songs) LOVE THE GAME!!!❤️
