The atmosphere on the 86th Street is so comfy- and the coffee is fabulous. If you enjoy sitting by the fire or on the outdoor patio this is a great place to do it. The staff are friendly too!
Love the coffee. Despise the app.
I have tried to use the app many times, scanned the loyalty card several times, but it has never worked. The app developers should be embarrassed and give Friedrich’s their money back. Total disappointment!

Like the app use it all the time what I don’t like is that there is no way to redeem loyalty points without going inside to the register
