Really useful for understanding relationship patterns
I’ve been using Friend Check for a little while now, and it’s honestly helped me notice patterns in my relationships that I don’t always recognize on my own. I’ve used it for friends, people I work with, and even different dynamics with coworkers or managers.
What I like most is being able to look back and actually see who tends to leave me feeling energized versus drained, instead of just relying on how I feel in the moment. The more I’ve used it, the better it’s gotten at understanding what I value in my friendships and relationships, and some of the advice it gives around how to approach conversations or certain people has been genuinely helpful.
It’s also made me think a lot more intentionally about where I’m putting my time and energy and which relationships are actually healthy for me.

I use it for poker
I’ve used this app for playing poker and keeping track of my opponents. I’ll take note of how I felt around certain players, whether I felt confident, pressured, distracted, or thrown off my game. It helps me look back at those patterns and recognize what certain players tend to do that affects my focus or decision-making.
