Bring Back the Heart of the Game
The latest update feels disconnected from the original experience, and it’s clear the community isn’t embracing it. While I appreciate the effort to revive the game, the older version truly felt like home. You guys already did so much damage to it, our whole account(including friend lists) got erased, the incentive aren’t worth it. It might have been better to launch this as a separate game and keep the classic intact. Even small updates to the original would have been far more impactful than this overhaul. Respectfully, I hope this feedback helps.

Completlu abandoned game
Its so sad i used to love this game years ago and now nobody is on at all its really upsetting
Still can’t log in
Since the new upgraded launch and 3-4 bug fix updates later I still can’t log in on my iphone using my old accounts linked to 2 of my facebook pages.. Just constantly stays on a black loading screen while music plays but nothing loads.. dissappointing after so many attempts at fixing the issue.

Unfortunately, the last update is bad, we lost all the jewelry and the tiredness of those years was wasted

The game crashes a lot needs to be able to load properly. Why don’t it keeps your email . Reset the game please. And it locks you and banned with out warning .

I mean I have had this game for years but there are few that speak my language and few that are hardly ever on. It’d be nice if there was a way to get rid of all the empty events that nobody uses. Maybe more places and furniture. More interactive stuff. I feel like it’s outdated it’s been the same since I first got it. Also when I go to classroom and I go into the classroom area I always accidentally click on the whiteboard which takes me to a site it bothers me so much. You should also be able to make another source of income like coins which you can use to buy houses and other stuff. I know you have stars but those are from playing games, also can we get new games like soccer or tic tac toe idk I feel like this game could be SO MUCH better.

I love this game. I met my ex-wife on this game in the space lobby. She turned out to be a middle aged man but it was still nice to talk to someone. Anyway, 10/10 game! Bazinga!!!

The game isnt nice itmes , outfits , pets all are expenisve and no ways to collect money only one way to play games and games give stars how to get gems ? There is 3 ways 1: to collect them from floor and second to watch viedo and last to buy gems and what u do only to chat like put many games to play why only tennis,4 in row and space jump and the last is a show and the show doesnt work

Can’t even sign in on Facebook
I’ve had this app for years. I recently downloaded it again because I got a new iPhone. I tried signing in through Facebook and it won’t let me. I have over 20,000 gems in there and I want my account back. It says that the new bug fixes fix the Facebook log in problem and it still doesn’t work. You guys need to fix this problem. I’ve spent so much money on this game and it’s all going to go to waste. Also another problem is about making an account using an email. I’ve tried to do that and it says that there will be a verification email. The verification email never came. You guys really need to fix your app.
