Bad management of App limited options
Stupid app, once you load money in it the only option is that you have to send international transfer only there is no option for getting the money back into your Saudi account. My money was stuck for 6 months at last i made international transfer.

Worst App ever
Nothing is working , when try to call customer service they always say technical issues without any solution. In one month they solve login problem and now unable to add money with cards. Bad experience.
Amount not credited to my friendi pay account
I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I recently experienced on your app. I created an account and added 100 SAR to test the platform. Unfortunately, the amount was deducted from my bank account but was not credited to my Friendi Pay account.
When I contacted your customer care team, I was informed that the payment was not received from the bank. This explanation is unsatisfactory and raises concerns about the reliability of your app.
I kindly request you to resolve this issue immediately and ensure that the deducted amount is credited to my account or refunded to my bank account. Additionally, I hope you will take steps to improve the app’s performance and reliability to avoid such inconveniences for other users.

I have used many different modes and apps to transfer money home to my account, but I can guarantee that this app is way different that others. FRiENDi PAY is the best app in terms of everything.
Daily limit
Limiting to add more money on daily basis is something they have to change immediately
App not working
App is not working properly it’s showing technical errors, need to work on improving the process and app efficiency, it will help to friendly use.
Money transfer limit to SAR 4500 only
Now new update application add money 5000 and transfer only 4500. And additionally there service tax and vat. No meaning of using this application. Also there is no customer support.
Frustrating and Unreliable
Poor design, constant crashes, slow performance, and unresponsive/unprofessional customer support make this application frustrating and unusable.
Money hasn't returned yet
They decline my transfer to philippine bank and my remittance. And now that I am asking refund they said it is not possible since the money is not the same amount anymore. It is less than I add because they decline it second time around and now it is less than I add on my friendi wallet. Please return my money. I need it.
