Loyalty voucher
Hadn’t realised the £5 voucher was time sensitive so lost out on using it! Really disappointing as most loyalty cards don’t have this limit. Bet quite a lot of people get caught out.

Sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with receiving your free hot drink. It should be showing in the Rewards area of your app. If you'd like us to investigate further please contact us on fos@squiresgardencentres.co.uk with your customer number.
Vouchers
Slightly annoyed as I assumed the app would have the same vouchers that come from the front door sadly not so apart from that it works cannot see much benefit would have saved myself £7 on my last visit if I had stuck to the paper vouchers.

Where is go back button?
Very glad to see a Squires app so I can keep track of when I bought my plants and a reward scheme is good.
My quibble is that after searching for plants, once I select one, where is the button to go back to the search screen?
