What's New in Frigg
1.0.7
October 20, 2026
Frigg 1.0.7 is about trust: accurate health texts, safer sync and more control over your data. • Frigg AI asks first: before your first message you see what is sent, and nothing is sent until you say yes. You can withdraw consent in Settings. • Sign in with Apple no longer asks for your name and email. • The milestones and "Did you know?" facts have been checked against their sources in all four languages, and claims that didn't hold up have been corrected. • "Start a new streak" is now a quiet link under the rings on Home. The streak you end stays in your history. • iCloud sync is fixed. Set up Frigg on a new iPhone with iCloud and you can pick up where you left off. • You can have more than one custom habit, and milestones are celebrated again in a new streak. • Notifications update when you change your habits, and the weekly one is now called Sunday check-in. • New Sudoku boards always have exactly one solution, Solitaire bugs are fixed, Wordle only accepts real English words and remembers your round, and Snake pauses when you leave the app. • Better contrast, better VoiceOver support, larger tap targets, and Frigg follows Reduce Motion. • You can delete your data from the subscription screen, even without a subscription. • Text now follows the text size you have chosen in iOS, and amounts are written the way your language writes them. • The sources on Motivation are updated, and the explanations of the numbers on Home now cite sources that actually state them. Alcohol calories are now based on published figures per drink. • Many fixes after thorough testing: the craving count updates straight away, setup asks when you quit, and your currency stays put when you change language.
