1/2 Done, no solution

I have been really enjoying this game. It has all the necessary ingredients for fun. Good story, lots of hints to move along, good graphics. However, I am stuck and have spent two hours trying to get the solution. There’s no help online. It’s the board with red and gray balls and the only clue I’m given is it’s a RANDOM solution. Problem is that my ball has to start first putting me ALWAYS in the vulnerable no win position. At this point I will have to put this game with the other duds and move on.

Loads of fun

Seems like these days there aren’t a lot of games around that are reminiscent of the games past which were longer, more involved and lots of fun. Glad to say this one is like the old days when it took a while, was just challenging enough to be fun but not overly aggravating and had a great story line. I very much liked the first Fright Chasers and was so sorry to see they were moving to PC and very excited to see that Mad Head made the decision to also produce a mobile version. This is a great title and I hope they keep it up — so many other great titles have fallen by the wayside or have been done so badly that nobody even wants to play them. This game is not one of those, in fact, it’s one that I will return to again and again and enjoy multiple times. Well done!!
PS: since this game is based on old movie footage, to make it feel real, occasionally black lines show up on the screen. Please don’t think, as I did, something has gone wrong with your mobile device :(

Great

One of the best games I’ve seen mad head and friendly fox do. Intriguing plot. Interesting ghosts and yet the paranormal isn’t over bearing. I quit with two pages left as I’m not into spells but otherwise great stuff. Good games and good plot great drawings.

Game Dumps Past Actions

Fairly good story and challenges. Every time I shutdown, the game dumps a slew of past actions. I have passed it to my wife to re-accomplish them, but it is getting old. I have quit using the game overall, sadly.

Director’s Cut

Really, really good came! New puzzles, and a very engaging storyline.
The only thing I don’t understand (and this DID NOT change gameplay at all) was the little spiders at the bottom of the page. They had locks on them. Was it something I missed?
Anyway, awesome adventure! Thank you!

Spiel hängt sich gegen Ende auf

Wir fanden das Spiel recht gut und haben es gekauft. Allerdings hat sich das Spiel vor dem letzten Kapitel (Sieh Dir den Film des Filmvorführers an) aufgehängt und ging nicht mehr weiter. Das ist sehr ärgerlich, denn damit kommt man auch nicht zum Bonuskapitel und hat quasi die 7,99€ für die Katz gezahlt.

Wonderful game

Update 2/10 - for those who are having a problem starting chapter 5, please note that this is an area where items must be combined - the 3 dots on the reel, the tape onto the spool, etc. after that, proceed to the chapter. Hope this helps.

Update 2\6 I would like to read the developer’s response. Please post in English. I really enjoyed this game with mazes and the usual MadHead quirkiness of gameplay. It is quite lengthy including the bonus chapter. It involves playing through several movie reels to free the ghosts from their entrapment. It also has collectibles which can be difficult to spot but if you miss a few there is a chance to find them in the extras after the compilation of the game. Thanks FF for releasing this game.

Frozen game

Good game until it froze before last chapter. Can’t move it on to complete. Won’t let me pick up piece. Expensive for half a game!! Usually like these games but reluctant to buy again.

Awful animation and illustrations

I can’t believe they released such crude art. Who was in charge of this project? Can’t believe it made it out of the development room! Animation is crude and amateur at best. Illustration is blurry. I’d be embarrassed if my name was on this!

Great game!

This one is perfection! No issues at all and I just love when there’s morphing items to find in the hidden object scenes. Thanks for this release! Oh and thank you Drosietwo for your simple and to the point reviews. I always wait to see what you have to say before I purchase a game and you are always spot on!
