Disappointed. I own all friendly fox games that I’m aware of. I look forward to the new ones coming out. This one disappointed me. I like the game, but none of the puzzles worked. Even cheating and utilizing the guide for the answers. The answers wouldn’t solve the puzzles so I kept getting stuck very glitchy. Still enjoyed the game overall, but felt slighted because I couldn’t enjoy any of the puzzles included in the game requested refund.

Different, but good
Some of the puzzles are just an exercise in frustration, but overall this game is pleasantly good, requiring some thought.
Morphs & collectibles not working?
I’ve restarted the game three times now because I can’t for the life of me find either a morphing object or a collectible in the first scene (plane cockpit). Yes, I could just be missing them but I’m pretty good at spotting them these days and I can’t find either. Is it possible there’s a bug? Because I am extremely frustrated - I want my ‘you found all the morphs/collectibles’ bonus puzzles at the end!

Fringe of Reality: Island
This is a wonderful game. It starts immediately with thought provoking puzzles, and doesn’t let up throughout. I was happy to see it included a maze where you must find and use items to proceed. That is one of my personal favorites. I highly recommend purchasing this one. Kudos to our fabulous developer.

It’s a “Reality That This Game is Fun!
As the weather warms up, the thought of taking a much-needed vacation on a remote, lush tropical island, where I can explore mystical ancient civilizations and discover long-forgotten secrets, seems like a dream. Well, it just came true! But, there’s a catch: the weather there is known to be destructive, so getting to your destination will prove to be a challenge. And more importantly, you need to find your father who went missing, using very limited resources. As you make your way around the island, your eyes are treated to a feast of wondrous visuals: colorful and diverse tropical birds, imposing statues of deities, old temples nestled deep within the forest, and cryptic runes. At the same time, your journey is often hindered by cataclysmic forces of nature. You learn your family’s backstory and how it plays into the conundrum while collecting scattered notes around the scenes, reading journal entries, and engaging in interactively rendered hidden-object scenes of various types. The puzzles are entertaining and multilayered; I particularly like the one in which you must create paths by placing blocks through the terrain to get to the designated spot. Watch out for the morphing object collections. This developer’s games are always technically spot-on; no glitches. I suggest you hop on board that plane and take the risk of going on this adventure. I know things have been tough, but I really appreciate you getting this game released.

Why your games take so long to load? My connection is very fast and games from other developers take just a few minutes to load, but all your games are taking forever. Can you fix that?
Fringe of Reality: Island of Shadows by LynxMinx
You, as the gamer, play from the perspective of Iris, who has arrived at an enigmatic island in search of her father. Iris received a mysterious artifact, which you shall use to harness the elements. Along the way and in search of the truth, you must solve intricate puzzles and HO scenes, accomplish wonderful tasks with assistance from your adorable dog Bruno, and interactive with some very helpful inhabitants. If I say anything else, you’ll all complain that I spoiled the game for you. Just know that you will also receive a puzzle box, and that the game is highly interactive. There are hidden birds and morphing objects at each location. This game seemed brief, but I think that we are so used to long boring Domini games, so Friendly Fox just seems shorter, plus I loved every moment I played. The only other issue is that the graphics lacked visual acuity. They could have been sharper, but once you play you will forget about that aspect, because your “enjoyment factor” will take over. Thank you so much to the amazing and brilliant Friendly Fox, for bringing us yet another unforgettable experience and adventure! This game is a true gem, so purchase, play and enjoy!
