Can’t schedule anything
I mainly get a “payment method required” error during reservation. When it feels like it finally went through, then my reservation disappears on the day of the event. Not sure as to what is going on
Terrible platform
It’s certainly unpredictable app. I feel lucky when I able to book something but even so after that it shows different dates and wrong information.
Issues
Forcing to rest every time. Even after rest, it doesn’t show any availability for any day ☹️
Don’t like how it allows people to book
Useful to book courts, but the worst thing is people come to the courts and books courts on the spot, and kick people out who’s playing there already
You should be able to book courts at least 2 hrs before
Or if you book now courts should be available 2 hrs latter
If someone wants to book a court at 6:00 PM
he should book before 4:00 PM
The UI and the search is not so user friendly

App needs serious attention
The app throws a 403 error with almost every button. Links don’t work, no keypad to enter information. It looks like it’s got good bones but needs some love and attention.
