Ok so I am obsessed!!!!!!!! It helps me track which books I checked out which is extremely helpful considering my siblings mix my library books in with our normal books at home😂 I also adore that you can see what fees you have (if you have any, all you have to do is return your books and the fees go away) , it helps me also shop for more books and save them so I know what books I want to checkout next time I go!!! Absolutely obsessed!💗💗💗💗💗

Not Functional
When prompted to enter your barcode, you get the message “server responded with an error.” It looks like this app has not been functional for a number of years, but is the only way to read much of the ebook catalogue. It doesn’t seem like a fix is coming any time soon, either. I’d like to see Frisco join Allen and McKinney on the very functional CloudLibrary app instead.

Multiple device login
The app won’t allow multiple devices to log in. My wife and I share an account since we have children and it’s not always the same person taking them to the library. This is very frustrating. Having two accounts that we are each individually using isn’t ideal for us since we have children, and we tend to alternate taking them to the library.

Barcode won’t scan
Library card barcode won’t scan.
Unable to open
I have the same problem of others that it often says it can't connect to the server. Wish there was a way to get support on this.
