accurate but bad controls

It looks good and accurate, The controls can be difficult. I wish you could swipe to move. The “power” button can have a long delay, so it might not seem like it’s working. Just wait.

It’s a cute app. Especially when using a mini pad.

Ok, I apologize. The app doesn’t stink. I was just not playing it right. I got the hang of it. So, sorry developers! It’s a pretty neat little app! -Ella

Started well but then stopped working.

Great little app at first but then started to notice the up button wasn’t responding occasionally. Both on iPad and iPhone.

Today the on off button has stopped responding so after a couple of days use I can no longer play the game.

The replication of the game graphics is spot on and apart from the glitches I’ve had this would be great and 5 stars, but if I can’t play after purchase despite reinstalling and restarting device then I can’t rate it higher sadly.

Doesn’t work

Please can I have a refund. Just comes up with a page with the console on. No game to play!

No game available

I just purchased this game and there is no way to play it. Not sure what was paid for but there is no game. Is there an issue with this site?

Tabletop Coleco Arcade Frogger!

This isn't a scam. It's actual frogged as if it were on a tabletop coleco arcade I'm the 80's.

Not good

Really rubbish, I can’t even play a game of anything on this

Fast response from Developer

Experience some issue and developer quick and helpful response helped me to resolve the problem!

Looks great

Looks great and exactly like the console and game i had as a child...
plays well but doesn't restart easily 😕

Brilliant retro fun

Love this. Takes me back to when I was a kid. How some people can't seem to get this game to work is a joke

It's just like the original game in the 80s. The graphics and sounds are faithfully reproduced. Love it !

Very cool, but controls iffy.

The game looks and sounds authentic, but the arrow directional keys sometimes are unresponsive making the game frustrating. Maybe increase the bounding box around each arrow so fat fingers don't have to hit the direction arrows precisely.

Great re-creation!

This captures all the looks, sounds, and fun of the Gakken tabletop. There's a bit of a lag on some devices when using iCade mode, but otherwise it feels just like playing the real thing.

Frogger

I'm really upset that this app will not work on my phone which is a brand new iPhone 6s !!!
Disappointing to say the least!!

Beware - Does not work

This game does not work on iPhone 5.

LOVE IT!!!

I remember I was about 10 when I had this game in the years before PS, Xbox, Nintendo, PC, Apple it was my main Xmas present so it must've cost my parents some. I remember fighting with my little brother as I loved it so much I wouldn't let him have more than one go. The batteries running out after 2 days was devastating until my dad got me an adaptor. This app feels just like my old Frogger which is still somewhere in my parents attic. Still very addictive, the kids look at me in scorn at what I played on as a kid compared to what they've got now. Brats!!

Not very good

I bought this game, it took me a long time to figure out how to make it start because nothing works very easily. It has let me play one game but thats it:(😑😑😑

Shame

Classic game but years to load and controls don't work the well! Disappointed!!

Brings back fond memories

Thanks to Rob for bring this back, hours of fun never wasted, great emulation and nice to know their are some fellow geeks out there, many many thanks

Undecided....

I liked the retro look, but the screen area, even on zoom, is pretty small - too small in fact. I think you should have added a full screen option with movement by swiping rather than button press - iPhone screens (5c anyway) do not always register a button press, which means a dead frog on this game. Also think perhaps a "smooth" car/log option would make game more accessible to those who don't remember the "stepping" nature of these LED hand held games. For a trip down memory lane it's fine (and I appreciate the desire for authenticity) but I suspect most younger users would think it was broken.....

Brilliant emulation

I used to own a Frogger tabletop but it's been long since discarded owing to leaky batteries. This version looks and feels just right - lovely glowing VFD display emulation, perfect sound effects and the controls work fine (however, it would be nice to be able to swipe the on-screen joystick to move instead of just pressing the keys). Any chance of seeing Grandstand's Munchman next? :)
