From the Heath Bad App
The app has been updated BUT I have $25 dollars in a gift card and it won’t apply it to my order. My order was $75 dollars and there was no way to first pay $25 and then pay the rest of the order with my credit card. It tells you to add more funds to the gift cards in larger increments then needed to cover the amount! What a scam!!!

Don’t ever use!!! Complete waste of time and horribly designed.
Asks for everything short of your social just to sign out as a guest. Then after about 10-15 minutes of filling out paperwork. It’ll tell you the guest services aren’t supported at any store… sooo basically the app is a huge waste of time.
Needs a lot of work still
First time using the app I tried checking out as a guest, after going thru the entire process and entering my info I get a notice saying “guest checkout not supported at this location” that would have been helpful 3 screens earlier. Then I went thru the process of creating an account, then tried to checkout again. First the app won’t load card intro from wallet, then after manually entering all of my card info, it tells me “missing parameter” after checking and reentering things 3 times it still won’t work. I had to call in my order and listen to the phone message tell me to order from the app. 😡

The app is super not user friendly and you can’t use Apple Pay for your order, not only that it automatically adds the tips without asking you first

Great food. Terrible, time-wasting app. Trying to click “order” cycles you through the site over and over. Very annoying. If I wasn’t already a fan, I’d give up a lit sooner.
Terrible App
Decent food but the app and website are horrible, you can’t place an order without downloading the app and then you have to take so many verification steps just to order lunch. Waste of time and money
App and Food review
The app is too hard to use and takes too long to order. Activate “sign in as a guest.” The bowl tasted horrible. It didn’t have a lot of what it said it should be in it. The chicken tasted like canned chicken! It’s really discussing.
Easy and yummy food
The app makes it easy for me to buy and order food when I am on the run for work.
For the best lunch in town
I don’t care what I order here it can be a fiesta wrap black and blue salad or a killer bowl of soup everything here is fantastic and fresh!!!!!!
Website is glitchy
Love the food, but the website for ordering is so glitchy I usually have to end up calling in the order after I’ve wasted 15 minutes of my busy evening trying to make it work. Do not cool!!!!

I really like how this app works better than the other one! You can see pictures of the food and customize your orders easily!
Terrible terrible app
Not at all user friendly. You have to think a lot to use it making it impossible for people that don’t know how to go back and forth between several screens. Have to type in everything because they don’t use your Apple wallet info and they don’t use a camera to take a picture of the credit/debit card. Don’t recommend this app unless you like to be frustrated
