bad ui for loan payment
horrible UI. the number of times i’ve submitted a payment and it just doesn’t go through because the actual submit button is hidden/illogical is crazy. your own app causes late payments

Slow app , missing options
I lost my debit card for the first time since I got in a couple years ago & the option to report it lost / missing is either nonexistent or completely missing. It is easy to block/unblock the card though. Also it costs $10 to get a new card if you lost your old one. This is like a knock off bank. I’m pretty sure cash app is a better banking service.

This app has major flaws is slow and never works. The developer need to adjust the when’s show balance and pending have it show true balance it’s misleading. You can never transfer from one account to another major flaws… needs major updates. Making a transfer never works…
Doesn’t work
The app doesn’t work on IOS (XR and 13) we’ve been months without mobile banking.
