Haven’t been able to get past adding personal info. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled a few times, phone is up-to-date, same issues.
Feels like this app was built by AI and not tested by humans?
Called the “support line” and it’s just the office, was told they haven’t had reports of others having a hard time.

very buggy
intake forms are completely frozen and unable to be filled out.
Freezes on forms
Can’t use the app without completing intake forms, and the form freezes so you can’t fill it out.
The app is broken

Can’t get past documents
It won’t allow me to fill out my insurance information and get past the required documents screen
