New Booking Dashboard Page: - Redesigned “My bookings” page in profile - Show how many hours/credits used vs. available - Show current overage charges - Ability to view upcoming/past bookings - Ability to see all bookings for current period from team Booking Detail: - Updated room detail page to show room cost and credit cost - Updated booking confirmation page to show remaining hours and booking costs Events: - New Event Invite button! Added event invite button to share custom invite links to public events. RSVPS from that link will be attributed to you. Links are shareable via text, email etc. - Update to event feed to include end time - ‘See all’ button on attendees row with new vertical attendee list - Redesigned external links section Fixes: - Fix default booking duration settings for equip/conf rooms - Fix crashes for event join/unjoin for some devices - Label/disabled join for past bookings - Performance enhancements and bug fixes

Maybe One Star Will Get Someone’s Attention

I have no idea if this app is functional or useful. Why, you ask? Well, I’ve been trying for almost two months to get a “membership” so that I can join my co-workers on the occasional Friday they get together. I’ve attempted multiple times via the app and multiple times via the full website, and have never received any response. At this point I’m thinking that no one works there or at least no one monitors email. I understand that usually there’s a human on site who should be able to assist with granting membership but I have no desire to drive out there one Friday to take care of this, and then hoping to join my co-workers, be told they’re out of space for the day. Clearly there’s something wrong here and it would be nice to see it addressed.
