App isn’t working
Can’t get any information feom this app anymore. Stuck on calendar page, but offers nothing. What haooened?
One Job; Did Not Do It
Lookup of an address serviced by them errors; had one job and didn't do it. Lacked bug report capability when clicking relevant help section after the error.
No pick up today
Today is Wed the 25th and it has not been picked up. Also the app is not active. What is wrong with the app?

I’m very satisfied with the service. Please continue not to leave the cans in the drive areas. Some folks like to run them over.

Our service has been great , communication is outstanding I get emails letting me know if service is disrupted. Haven’t had any issues with pickups at all . Very satisfied.

I’m finding it helpful to receive a weekly reminder of regular service from the app, with special notices about delays for holidays and weather. No needing to search for those on a website.

Nice App
I like the reminders of when is trash day and when is trash/ recycle day. They changed my days from the old provider from Mon.- Thurs to Tues.- Fri. I can’t believe how hard it is to get use to.

I installed the app, due to I wanted to Pay…
The payment option is listed nowhere in it
On the other hand I was trying to do an online payment and in their webpage there is not a visible option for online payment. Weird !!!
It looks to me that they make their money on the due dates, that almost no one know about, so almost everyone fall on a late payment and the extra fee is then legally charged. They then receive payment plus the fee and everyone but the customer is completely happy

No ofense, just set your team to work to set easily accessible the Account Payment option

Frontier Excellent Service
Since our neighborhood switched to Frontier our service has been excellent. Drivers and truck crews or very professional and friendly. After the hurricane they stepped up their hours and trips to our neighborhood. Frontier returns phone calls and answers emails promptly. Thanks Frontier
