Terrible App Especially Compared To Other Banks
Been with this bank for years and this app for most of them, it’s terrible. I opened an account with another local bank and their app works much better, it makes no sense how this app is so bad compared to the others. I’m always being forced out and when I try to login with my credentials, which I verify with my bank on the phone, it still says it “can’t validate” my information. And this happens constantly.

App is really helpful when checking your account, and it updates quickly. Easy to transfer money between checking and savings.

This app is pretty awful. It goes down every single weekend, claiming that I don’t have network connectivity. Sometimes it takes days until the app is ready to work again. I no longer live near a frontier bank, so this app is the only way I access this account. There should be be more reliability from a financial institution.

Logging in
I use face recognition and it only works 50% of the time. So then it makes me type in my password which I know is correct. Says we cannot validate your information. please check that your login credentials are set up correctly online. Please call 888-***-**** for further assistance. Once I call they correct the issue but it’s such a hassle calling each time.

Very good
Great app, but I have two main problems with it:
1. It takes a couple days to update information, so I have acquired over withdrawal charges because the app said I had money when I actually did not.
2. It logs you out immediately, so if you are switching back and forth between a credit card app and this app to compare, you have to reenter your password each time.
