Crashes after paying

I got this game to play alongside a client of mine. Free version worked perfectly fine but I didn’t like the ads so I paid the $5 to remove them. When I loaded back in the game would get stuck on the load screen. I deleted the game and reinstalled thinking this would help. The game wouldn’t allow me to bring back previous purchases (said it did but didn’t) so I purchased the larger pack l, ad free, free gun and money etc, played for a little but when I exited and came back the game did the same thing and not is stuck on the load screen.

Frontline freeze

Wish I could play this game but it keeps freezing up when trying to connect. Deleted and reinstalled lost everything and now since I reinstalled it it’s still freezing up again! HELP!!!!
